Privacy policy
Your enquiry, your details, your choice.
Who is responsible for your information?
I am Neill Connolly, an individual trading as an introducer and Full Power Utilities Partner. I am the data controller for the information I collect through this business utilities website and keep in my customer relationship management system, Connolly Partner Hub (CPH).
I introduce businesses to Full Power Utilities. I do not provide utility advice or arrange supply contracts myself. Full Power Utilities handles comparisons, recommendations and contracts.
For privacy questions, requests or concerns, email hello@connollyandcompany.co.uk.
What I collect
The enquiry form collects your name, business name and phone number. You can also provide an email address, business postcode, current deal end date, services you are interested in and a message. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
I also record your enquiry permission, your optional email-marketing choice, the wording and privacy notice version shown, and the date and time of submission. Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser information to deliver and protect the website.
How and why I use your details
I use your enquiry details to respond, arrange an introduction to Full Power Utilities and keep a record of the enquiry and its progress in CPH.
I rely on your consent to share your enquiry with Full Power Utilities and, separately, to send optional marketing emails. For necessary enquiry administration, record keeping and website security, I rely on legitimate interests: responding to business enquiries, managing introductions and protecting the service. Where records must be kept by law, I rely on legal obligation.
Providing your details is voluntary, not a statutory or contractual requirement. Without the required contact details and introduction permission, I cannot arrange the requested review. Optional information and marketing permission are not needed to request it.
Who receives your information?
Your enquiry is held in my CRM and shared with Full Power Utilities Ltd so its team can contact you and carry out the requested review. Full Power Utilities is responsible for its own subsequent use of your information. Its privacy policy explains that processing.
Website hosting, CRM hosting and business communication providers process information as needed to run these services. This website is hosted on Vercel. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to deal with a legal claim. I do not sell your enquiry details.
Optional business utilities emails
The separate, unticked marketing box lets you choose occasional business utility tips, offers and renewal reminders by email from Neill Connolly. It does not authorise marketing about my other businesses, marketing texts or promotional calls, or separate marketing by Full Power Utilities.
You can request a review without opting in. You can withdraw email-marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe option in a marketing email or by emailing hello@connollyandcompany.co.uk. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
How long information is kept
Enquiry records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to handle the introduction, related follow-up and any resulting ongoing business relationship. The appropriate period depends on whether your enquiry remains active, your renewal timing, the need to answer queries or resolve disputes, and any legal record-keeping requirements. Records no longer needed for these purposes should be deleted or anonymised.
Marketing details are kept while your permission remains valid and relevant. If you unsubscribe, a minimal record of your email address and opt-out may be retained to prevent further marketing. Evidence of permission or withdrawal may be retained where needed to demonstrate compliance or resolve a dispute.
Hosting and international processing
Hosting and service providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Vercel’s Data Processing Addendum describes its transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and the UK addendum. Contact me if you would like information about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your enquiry.
Your rights and choices
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy. You can withdraw your consent to an introduction or marketing by contacting me. If an introduction has already been made, Full Power Utilities may hold its own records and you may also need to contact it.
You can object to use of your personal information for direct marketing at any time. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email hello@connollyandcompany.co.uk to exercise your rights. I may need to verify your identity before responding. These rights are subject to applicable legal conditions.
This website does not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Cookies and external links
This utilities website does not currently use advertising pixels or optional analytics cookies. Hosting infrastructure may use necessary technical measures for delivery and security. Facebook, Instagram and other linked websites operate under their own privacy and cookie policies when you visit them.
Privacy concerns
Please contact me first if you have a concern about my handling of your information. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
This is about data protection, not utility advice or supplier contracts. Queries about a review, recommendation or contract handled by Full Power Utilities should be directed to its team or the relevant supplier.
